"Travel" is a foregone conclusion. However, the influence of the full moon on March 31st at 11 degrees Libra will continue until April 4th. Currently, a bunch of planets are gathering in Capricorn, Aquarius' twelfth house (house of secrets), causing you trouble, not just with travel, but also with some of the things you are trying to negotiate. If you think reconciliation is almost impossible, it may be, but this situation is only temporary.

Last month I mentioned the full moon on March 31st that occurred in Aquarius’ ninth house (the house of long-distance travel). I said at the time that this full moon period was not suitable for travel, and if possible, to postpone travel plans. This position (the ninth house of Aquarius) also rules legal matters, advanced university degrees or graduations, and media matters, such as publishing and television broadcasting projects. Things will become difficult to handle in these areas from the end of March to April 4, and you are likely to encounter some obstacles that are not easy to overcome.

This full moon occurs in Libra, which is very harmonious with Aquarius, so if there is anyone who can help you get through this crazy full moon period, that person is yourself. If your birthday is on January 28 or within four days before or after, you have the best chance of overcoming these obstacles. The same applies if your Ascendant or Moon is at 10 degrees Aquarius (orb 5 degrees).

As April arrives, Mercury retrograde (March 22-April 15) further exacerbates the troubles brought by the Libra full moon. "Miscommunication" will lead to chaos, and you (and the rest of us) will be plagued by various delays. Mercury is retrograde in your other travel house (Aries), namely Aquarius’ third house, which rules short trips. This house also rules communications, computer coding, contracts, and more. If you are writing a new program, developing mobile software, or building a new website, set aside extra time and money for this project.

Remember, any planet that has just resumed direct motion is not yet back to its best condition. Just as some people feel shaky when they first wake up, the same is true for Mercury. It is not wise to start important projects as soon as Mercury retrograde ends, as it has not yet returned to a position where it can help you. In fact, Mercury is in a very wild and uncontrollable state when it starts to retrograde and just resumes direct motion on the day, which is March 22 and April 15.

Aquarius loves electronics more than any other sign, but I would still warn you not to buy a new computer, car, smartphone, television, kitchen appliance, vacuum cleaner, sewing machine, or other product with moving parts, gears, or electronic components before late April. If you want to buy the above items, April 23rd is an ideal day.

I think April 23rd is the best day of the month because Mars in Capricorn will receive golden light from Jupiter. In addition to being a good day for buying electronics, this is also a good day for doing other things, which I will come back to later.

First, let’s look at this new moon, which occurs on the same day that Mercury stations direct (April 15). This new moon occurs in Aries, 26 degrees, and also lights up the third house of Aquarius. The third house rules short trips, writing, verbal communication, all types of negotiations, contracts, telecommunications, computer coding, e-mail, mail, express delivery, and so on. You have to expect some glitches, delays, and unexpected developments in these areas.

I say this because this new moon will also bring a conjunction between Uranus and the Sun (exactly on April 18, but some of the influence will occur during the new moon on April 15). The new moon becomes "uneasy" because of this conjunction. The news you receive may be very important and exciting, or it may not be what you expected at all. Because Uranus represents unpredictable developments, it's like a bolt from the blue. Uranus covers all the "unexpected", so sometimes "surprise" is "pleasure", and sometimes it is "shock".

I have done a lot of thinking about this planet, and came to this conclusion: God created Uranus so that we can constantly change, adapt, innovate, and imagine. Life forces us to overcome obstacles with our wits. Using our brains to solve problems brings us confidence, strength and experience.
