According to legend, this theory originated from Yang Jiupin, a geomancer in the Song Dynasty, who called that day Yang Gongji. "Xie Ji Bian Fang Shu Bian Er" says: "People are afraid of Yang Gong Ji, and there are many records of it in Tong Shu, saying that it is not suitable to travel or do things on that day, and it is not good to violate it.
