1: Avoid drafts (through drafts)

That is, the front door, room door and window are in direct line with each other, and wind blows straight in and out, which leads to money leakage or inability to accumulate wealth. I don’t know if you have noticed that many gates have double doors, or screens, fish tanks (not suitable for those who are afraid of water) and other barriers are set up in the passage after entering the gate. These are all ways to avoid drafts.

2: Avoid the living room being too dark or the room being too bright.

The living room is a place to entertain guests and represents the host. The living room is dark and lacks lighting, which leads to the owner's weak health, and is not good for wealth and popularity. If your living room does not have sufficient lighting, in addition to painting the walls white to enhance the brightness, you can hang calligraphy and paintings that convey auspicious and wealthy connotations (the word "Fu", or floral murals such as peonies and sunflowers) on the walls of the living room entrance.

3: Avoid having the head of the bed against the wall.

There are many requirements for the placement of beds, including that no chandelier can be hung facing the ceiling in the middle of the bed; the dressing mirror cannot face the head of the bed; the head of the bed must be against a solid wall, not against a window (indicating there is no backing), nor facing the door; if the master bedroom has a bathroom, the bed cannot be against the wall separating the bathroom, nor can it face the bathroom door. Because these are not good for sleep and physical health, and are not conducive to marital harmony and other fortunes.

4: Avoid seeing the stove, toilet or mirror when opening the door.

There is a saying that goes, there are three things you shouldn't see when opening the door: the stove (otherwise you will spend a lot of money and the fire will block the wealth from coming in), the toilet (otherwise foul air will greet you and wealth will stop), and the mirror (otherwise the mirror will reflect wealth and luck away). It would be more appropriate to avoid these in home feng shui.

5: Avoid having the bedroom door facing the kitchen or bathroom doors.

Because the kitchen and bathroom are damp, dark and dirty areas, this situation will bring bad luck to the sleeper, and cause poor health and financial luck. Generally, the door situation should be adjusted. To put it bluntly, no one wants to smell a bad odor when sleeping at night. Moreover, the kitchen and bathroom are either filled with smoke or are damp, so don't bring such an environment into the bedroom.

6: Avoid having a large room with few people as it will not be popular.

A house that is too big leads to insufficient yang energy, which is called "a house that kills people" or "empty". It is unlucky to live in it for a long time as it will cause excessive depletion of one's aura, which is not conducive to one's health and fortune.
