Hello everyone!

When the hands of time have turned for a year, and when time is about to stop at August 1 again after a year of cycle, it uses its actions to quietly tell everyone around it: the 86th August 1st Army Day has arrived! First of all, on behalf of all members of the Development Center, please allow me to wish all officers and soldiers working on the military front a happy holiday and wish you all smooth sailing in your military career. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere blessings to the old predecessors who have worked hard for the construction of the army: I wish you family happiness and all the best. I would like to say something to the family members and friends from all walks of life who have been supporting the military cause for many years: Thank you for your hard work and your support and understanding of the military over the years.

The profession of a soldier is a special one. They interpret the nature of this profession with their actual actions. Dedication and loyalty are the best confession of a soldier. Looking back at the anti-aggression wars in the 20th century, from the Nanchang Uprising to the Hundred Regiments Campaign, from the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression to the success of the three major battles, all of them embody the loyalty of the soldiers; from Qiu Shaoyun to Huang Jiguang, from Dong Cunrui to every hero in the 1998 flood fighting, all of them embody the dedication of the soldiers. Entering the 21st century, while training with science and technology, soldiers on all fronts across the country did not forget to earnestly study the important thought of "Three Represents" and the spirit of the 16th National Congress and the three plenary sessions of the 16th CPC Central Committee, bear in mind the purpose of serving the people, live up to their mission, and with undying loyalty to the Party, the motherland and the people, and with high morale and brave and tenacious fighting style, they sacrificed their lives in the baptism of blood and fire, in the face of the test of life and death, and went through fire and water, and wrote magnificent hymns with their blood and lives. The achievement of these results is inseparable from you, the family members who are willing to make sacrifices, understand the soldiers, and do your best to support the officers and soldiers and the work of the troops. It can be said that we can work in the barracks without worries, which is permeated with your hard work behind the scenes, and it is the result of your wisdom and strength. Your contributions are also on the medals of honor. It is also through our joint efforts that we have successfully completed the sacred mission entrusted to us by the Party and the people. While we have won the recognition and trust of party committees and governments at all levels, you have also won the support and love of others.

There will always be a time to ride the wind and waves, and set sail to cross the vast ocean. I believe that every soldier of our Republic will further emancipate their minds, seek truth from facts, keep pace with the times, pioneer and innovate, seek truth from facts, work hard, and truly shoulder the historical responsibility of safeguarding the safety of life and property of the country and the people.
