Who is the patron saint of Scorpio? Greek mythology of Scorpio

Who is the patron saint of Scorpio? We all hope to have a patron saint to protect us. Many times we like zodiac signs because they make us happy and give us something to look forward to. So, let’s take a look at them together.

Who is the patron saint of Scorpio?

Hades is one of the twelve Olympian gods. He is the king of the underworld in ancient Greek mythology and the god of plague. He is usually portrayed sitting in a chariot pulled by four black horses, holding a pitchfork in his hands, trying to clear away all obstacles in front of him. Hades is in charge of the underworld, the netherworld, plague, death and souls. He loves black silk, so his favorite sacrifice is a black sheep or a black bull wrapped in black gauze.

Scorpios are cold, arrogant and difficult to approach. They have a particularly strong mystical temperament and are very fond of dark fairy tales and mysterious and suspenseful myths. They have a stronger interest in dark people and things and want to find out the truth. Since their own way of thinking and doing things is rather strange, Hades is the perfect choice as their patron saint.

Scorpio Greek Mythology

Orion is the son of Poseidon, the god of the sea. He is tall, handsome and good at hunting. Artemis, the goddess of the moon and hunting, fell in love with Orion because of the mischief of Eros, the god of love, and so she often met with him in secret. Later, all this was discovered by her brother, the sun god Apollo, who wanted to stop his sister. So one day, Apollo saw Orion floating on the sea hunting, so he asked his sister to come up to the sky over that sea area. The sky was very high and Orion was like a black dot and could not be recognized. Apollo asked his sister to show her archery skills, and the target was the black spot. Artemis hit the target with one arrow, and when she came down to see her prey, she found that it was her beloved. Before she could say a word, Orion died.

When Zeus knew all this, he sighed deeply, so he placed Orion in the sky to become the constellation of Orion; he promoted the loyal hound, who died of starvation after hearing of his death, to the constellation Canis Major, and he also found a companion for the puppy to become the constellation Canis Minor. After becoming the constellation Orion, Orion said: No prey can escape his grasp. His arrogance angered Hera, the Queen of Heaven, who sent a poisonous scorpion to attack Orion from the dark. Orion was stung by the scorpion and poisoned, but he also killed the scorpion. This poisonous scorpion was lifted up into the sky and became the constellation Scorpio, which is why Scorpio and Orion will never meet. Later, Scorpio was used by Hera and stung Phaethon, the son of the sun god.
