Working on the third day of the Lunar New Year will earn three times the salary;
The legal holidays during the Spring Festival are the first, second and third days of the first lunar month. Working during these three days will be paid triple wages.

Article 44 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that in any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay wages higher than the employee's normal working hours wages in accordance with the following standards:

1. If workers are arranged to work overtime, they shall be paid wages not less than 150% of their wages;

2. If workers are arranged to work on rest days and no compensatory rest days are arranged, they shall be paid wages not less than 200% of their wages;

3. If workers are arranged to work on statutory holidays, they shall be paid wages not less than 300% of their wages.

How to calculate triple pay for overtime work during the Spring Festival?

(1) Statutory holiday wages: calculation base of overtime wages ÷ 21.75 × 300%;
(2) Overtime pay on working days: calculation base of overtime pay ÷ 21.75 × 150%;
(3) Overtime pay on weekends: calculation base of overtime pay ÷ 21.75 × 200%;
(4) Rest and statutory holidays: 2 days of rest per week and 11 statutory holidays per year;
(5) Hourly wage: monthly wage income ÷ (monthly salary days × 8 hours);
