Can I be too hasty when I worship Buddha?

Don't be hasty when you worship Buddha

1. Most people like to compete with others, so they pray to Buddha for speed. Don’t compete for speed when worshipping Buddha. Normally, it is difficult for our minds to calm down. The most difficult thing to practice is to practice while moving. Every action is a form of practice, so even though your body is bowing to the Buddha, you should still practice keeping your mind calm.

2. After you have worshipped the Buddha until your muscles and bones are relaxed, you can then focus more on cultivating your mind. Although you have to bow very slowly, like doing Tai Chi, you should bow slowly, gently and continuously. Buddhism's "Tai Chi" has only three moves: bowing at 90 degrees, prostrating oneself on the ground, and using toes to lift the hips to stand up. With these three moves, the whole body is exercised.
