As September approaches, China’s traditional festival – Mid-Autumn Festival – is about to arrive. Notice of the 2011 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday schedule: one day off on the Mid-Autumn Festival, two days off on the weekend, a total of three consecutive days of holiday. According to the notice issued by the General Office of the State Council, the 2011 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

The school will be closed for 3 days from September 10 (Saturday) to 12 (Monday, Mid-Autumn Festival).

During the holidays, all units must properly arrange duty, safety, security and other work. In the event of any major emergency, they must report it in a timely manner and properly handle it in accordance with regulations to ensure that the people can spend the holidays in peace and safety.

The three-day Mid-Autumn Festival weekend + the first day of Monday coincides with the Teachers' Day holiday. There are no restrictions on the number of motor vehicles on the road. On September 13th, the number of vehicles on the road will be limited to 2 and 7 during work.

After a three-day holiday, the relevant traffic restrictions will be restored on September 13 (Tuesday) when work resumes. The restricted vehicles on that day will be those with license plates ending in 2 and 7.
