Most new moons are mixed effects, but this one is merciful, with no other aspects stealing its grace and beauty. How will this new moon affect and benefit you? The answer is: in many ways.
First, foreign people and places will be lucky for you because they are part of the ninth house. You might travel for pleasure or set up an international business, such as importing or exporting ideas, information, goods, or services. If you were born in one country but live in another, you're already participating in this lovely trend — you're already living abroad. Don't come home until October 10, 2017. If you’re not working on the international stage, think about ways you can spread your influence abroad.
If you have immigration problems, this month you can easily go through the interview process and get a visa, green card or passport to citizenship. This area shines for you all year long, but this month you'll have amazing luck.

When I had your horoscope six years ago, I thought at the time that this trend didn’t really affect me, and I wondered why. Although I wrote regularly for many foreign magazines, I didn't make any new contacts at that time. However, my chart (which is similar to yours) is practically screaming at me that this will happen. Then I realized—wait! This trend is really working for me. At the time, I had just started working as a contributing editor for a fashion magazine in New York. It occurred to me that the magazine might indeed be in my city, but their headquarters and ownership were in Paris—abroad. Of course that later changed and an American bought the fashion magazine, but the point is that Astrology follows the birth of Adventure and the company was still in foreign hands at the time. (By the way, in September I switched my monthly forecasts to InStyle USA, a Time Inc. company).
One thing to remember is that you may agree to work for a foreign company without consciously doing so. Foreign people and places, as well as companies with foreign headquarters, will be golden this month and in the year ahead, dear Aquarius.
