The focus this month is on your relationships, whether they are one-on-one romantic relationships, such as your spouse or long-term cohabiting partner, or business partners, such as trusted business partners, agents, publicists, co-writers, co-researchers, agents, and others with whom you work one-on-one. Your seventh house is lit up, which is also the house that ancient astrologers called the house of physical contractual relationships. If you do not need to sign, draft, or apply for any contracts, and have no connection with the 7th house, then you do not need to consider this type of person. We don't usually think of marriage as a contract, but it actually is, so you can understand what I mean. If you have lived with your partner for a long time and even have a child, it is more of a contractual relationship, so it falls under the jurisdiction of the 7th house, which is very important to you this month.

You've been focusing on your partner since Mars entered this seventh house of your chart on June 4 last month, where it will stay until July 20. Just three days later, the new moon arrives on July 23, adding even more power to this position in your chart. How events unfold this month will largely be a continuation of past developments, especially recent ones. Some Capricorns are currently getting engaged or have already gotten married (it may have happened last month). If your birthday is within 4 days of January 8, you will especially feel the impact of this full moon. The same is true if your ascendant or natal moon is around 17 degrees Capricorn (within 5 degrees before and after). If you know your natal chart, then check whether you have any natal planets located at this degree of Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces (including 5 degrees before and after). These planets will also exert a strong influence this month.

I have to tell you that from August 12th to September 5th, Mercury will be retrograde. A good idea if you're going out, but not a good time to sign a deal or buy any expensive electronics. If you want to buy a car, computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device, buy it now, quickly! Don’t wait until August 12 to take action!

The day I would not recommend buying anything expensive, especially household appliances, is July 17, when Mars will form a hard angle with Uranus, the planet that rules the electronics industry. Your partner/spouse may also be particularly difficult to get along with this day, so it is not a good time to broach any sensitive topics, especially those related to real estate and family.
