The focus this month is on your relationships, whether they are one-on-one relationships, such as your spouse or long-term partner, or business partners, etc. Next, please see Susan Miller's complete Capricorn horoscope for July 2017. Susan Miller's full Capricorn horoscope for July 2017 text The focus this month is on your relationships, whether they are one-on-one romantic relationships, such as your spouse or long-term cohabiting partner, or business partners, such as trusted business partners, agents, publicists, co-writers, co-researchers, agents, and others with whom you work one-on-one. Your seventh house is lit up, which is also the house that ancient astrologers called the house of physical contractual relationships. If you do not need to sign, draft, or apply for any contracts, and have no connection with the 7th house, then you do not need to consider this type of person. We don't usually think of marriage as a contract, but it actually is, so you can understand what I mean. If you have lived with your partner for a long time and even have a child, it is more of a contractual relationship, so it falls under the jurisdiction of the 7th house, which is very important to you this month.
You've been focusing on your partner since Mars entered this seventh house of your chart on June 4 last month, where it will stay until July 20. Just three days later, the new moon arrives on July 23, adding even more power to this position in your chart. How events unfold this month will largely be a continuation of past developments, especially recent ones. Some Capricorns are currently getting engaged or have already gotten married (it may have happened last month). On the business front, other Capricorns may be interested in signing a deal to form a partnership.
Mars is now in your partnership/partnership sector, and part of his job is to bring to the surface any underlying unhappiness on either side, so you can talk about your relationship and how it can be improved. Sometimes only one party may feel that something is wrong, but they don't raise it, which makes the situation worse - this is not a good thing. Other times, a recurring problem reflects that talking doesn’t necessarily mean a solution.
If the conversations between you and your partner always follow the same pattern, and each party can predict what the other will say next - then this is a sign that the relationship has reached the end. Mars' job is to bring clarity to situations, and perhaps the two of you can find new ways to discuss things and more creative solutions. Sometimes paired therapy is helpful. If this relationship is that important to both of you (and you will now confirm that it is), then there is a chance that you will continue to move forward together. If not, we will go our separate ways. A relationship can only be established when both parties are willing; it cannot be maintained by unilateral willingness alone.
By the full moon on July 8 in Capricorn, 17 degrees, you'll know where you stand. This full moon will be conjunct Pluto, making you strong and powerful, but try not to go too far - a gentle approach is more likely to work. On July 2, Pluto will be 180 degrees opposite Mars, which will be a difficult day for someone to try to force you to agree to something you are not willing to accept. Both planets move so slowly that by the time of the full moon on July 8, their orbits will still be close, even though they have begun to separate in different directions. The confrontation between Mars and Pluto often means a struggle for power, so you may feel very nervous during the full moon.
Remember, if you truly love your romantic partner or admire and support your business partner, and the other person feels the same way, these planets won't really hurt you. Time plays the role of revealing the truth. If you're getting married, be thankful that you won't find out about any last-minute "surprises," such as your soon-to-be partner presenting you with a prenuptial agreement you never expected and that you're told you have to sign within an hour before the wedding. As an astrologer, I've heard of all sorts of possible scenarios.
If your birthday is within 4 days of January 8, you will especially feel the impact of this full moon. The same is true if your ascendant or natal moon is around 17 degrees Capricorn (within 5 degrees before and after). If you know your natal chart, then check whether you have any natal planets located at this degree of Capricorn, Virgo, Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces (including 5 degrees before and after). These planets will also exert a strong influence this month.
I have to tell you that from August 12th to September 5th, Mercury will be retrograde. A good idea if you're going out, but not a good time to sign a deal or buy any expensive electronics. If you want to buy a car, computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic device, buy it now, quickly! Don’t wait until August 12 to take action!
The day I would not recommend buying anything expensive, especially household appliances, is July 17, when Mars will form a hard angle with Uranus, the planet that rules the electronics industry. Your partner/spouse may also be particularly difficult to get along with this day, so it is not a good time to broach any sensitive topics, especially those related to real estate and family.
